Executive Coaching:
Endeavour Consulting works with a variety of colleagues to broaden and deepen its offer. In particular we partner with Adriana Craciun (she/her), an experienced Executive Coach, who provides support to mid- and senior-level, civil society leaders to help them to achieve their true potential and optimise their performance. Her approach is linked to and applies Endeavour’s Workplace Flourishing model:
Adriana on her coaching practice:
I don’t want to help you to `just get by`! My primary goal is to help you to alleviate fears and concerns about change and to empower you to foster a culture of engagement and positivity in your organisation. Through personalised coaching sessions, I aim to equip leaders with the skills and confidence required to navigate the complexities of their roles and to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
Having engaged with hundreds of civil society leaders through my professional work, I understand the unique challenges they face. I endeavour to help you lead your organisation to greater success, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to flourish personally.
Outcomes from her coaching support include:
- Enhance your confidence in your leadership skills and in driving organisational development and change processes.
- Help you and your team communicate effectively thus creating a supportive and motivating work environment.
- Empowering you to address specific organisational challenges, such as staff retention, internal conflicts, and improving organisational processes.
- Support you to develop strategies to balance professional responsibilities with your personal life.
In my career I have seen many non-profit leaders, excellent experts in their areas of work, who have deservedly risen through the ranks to mid or senior positions in their organisations. In many cases, they lack training in organisational management, change and development. This gap results in leaders who understandably focus on projects, results and donors, neglecting to pay enough attention to the organisation, its processes and systems, as well as the staff. In many cases, due to lack of funds available in the sector for organisational development, these leaders end up dealing with change only when a crisis hits home and find themselves taking action from a place of fear and scarcity, rather than abundance and empowerment.
My coaching practice is designed to support leaders like you, who work in the civil society sector, to be better at what they do, so you can lead your team effectively and manage organisational development and change processes in the best possible way.
