Institutional Support and Advice

Change management is about ensuring that staff remain informed and engaged throughout the OD change process and that potential resistance is constructively dealt with and seen as an opportunity rather than as a threat. Lewinsky & Muharemovic,

Having extensive experience in developing and managing complex civil society support programmes I can provide a blend of institutional support and advice for both public and private Civil Society support organisations.

From thirty years of work with Civil Society organisations (including programmes for capacity building, grant-making, networking, and financing) I can present and help implement innovative solutions for many common institutional issues (such as performance management, staff recruitment, team processes). Furthermore, I can assist with reporting, project proposal development, costing and budgeting, and the development of internal policies (including granting processes).
