Endeavour’s Work Practices:
Much of Endeavour’s consulting work revolves around designing and supporting organisational development and change processes; primarily for civil society and government institutions. In addition, we are practiced and active in the development of project proposals, evaluation of projects and the monitoring of their progress. Furthermore, we also provide coaching support for civil society leaders, and consult on a variety of environmental policy issues and in the education field (education for sustainable development).
